  • Walking Lunges - Phase 3

    Episode 1

    Keys:
    *Step forward and sink hip straight down which each step
    *Step from one lunge directly to the next
    *Maintain shoulders back

  • Lateral Lunge - Phase 3

    Episode 2

    Keys:
    *Start by stepping to the side
    *Sink hips back and bend knee
    *Keep toes pointed straight

  • RDL - Phase 3

    Episode 3

    Keys
    *Begin with a hip hinge (hips coming back)
    *Keep weight close to body
    *Keep shoulders pinched back

  • Heel Elevated Goblet Squat - Phase 3

    Episode 4

    Keys:
    *Place heels on slightly elevated surface
    *Bring hips back and down
    *Allow knees to cross toes

  • Bridge Walk Outs - Phase 3

    Episode 5

    Keys
    *Begin with knee bent and feet closer to glutes
    *Bring hips up and come into bridge position
    *Slowly walk feet out back and fourth

  • Bulgarian Split Squats - Phase 3

    Keys
    *Place foot of one leg on elevated surface about knee level high
    *Sink hips straight down
    *Keep shoulders back

  • Single Leg Squat - Phase 3

    Episode 7

    Keys
    *Begin seated with one leg forward with small bend in knee
    *Bring shoulders and hip forward and come up on to one leg
    *Sit back slowly on to bench

  • SL Deadlift - Phase 3

    Episode 8

    Keys
    *Begin with a hip hinge (hips coming back)
    *Keep weight close to body
    *Keep shoulders pinched back

  • Explosive Knee Drives - Phase 3

    *Begin with foot slightly above bench
    *Place foot down and fire opposite hip foward
    *Carefully come back down
