    *Keep weight close to body
    *Keep shoulders pinched back

  • Heel Elevated Goblet Squat - Phase 3

    Keys:
    *Place heels on slightly elevated surface
    *Bring hips back and down
    *Allow knees to cross toes

  • Bridge Walk Outs - Phase 3

    Keys
    *Begin with knee bent and feet closer to glutes
    *Bring hips up and come into bridge position
    *Slowly walk feet out back and fourth
