Single Leg Balance on Bosu - Phase 3

  • Single Leg Reaches - Phase 3

    Keys:
    *Place markers in each direction about a foot apart
    *Try not to allow reaching leg to touch floor
    *Come back to starting position after each tap

  • Cone Taps on Foam - Phase 3

    Keys:
    *Allow for small bend at knee
    *Place three objects apart, roughly a foot in front of you
    *Use foam pad (as shown) for increased difficulty

  • Ski Jumps - Phase 3

    Keys:
    *Place markers short distance apart and widen as you feel more comfortable
    *Push off with knee bent
    *Land with knee bent and hold before pushing back off
