  • Lower Trunk Rotations - Phase 1

    Episode 1

    Keys:
    *Back remains flat
    *Feet on top of Physioball
    *Keep under control

    Equipment: Physio Ball 55 CM

  • Supine Marches - Phase 1

    Episode 2

    Keys:
    *Bring leg up to hip level with knee bent
    *Do not allow for back to come off mat
    *Control the movement on the way down

  • Sit to Stand - Assisted - Phase 1

    Episode 3

    Keys:
    *Sit closer to edge of seat
    *Feet should be hip width apart and place in front of you
    *Sink your hips back as you go to sit

  • Posterior Pelvic Tilts - Phase 1

    Episode 4

    Keys:
    *Roll your hips back
    *Use your hands as cues
    *Keep your knees bent

  • Clamshells - Phase 1

    Episode 5

    Keys:
    *Align Feet with backside
    *Do not allow for feet to separate
    * Place theraband above knee for greater resistance

  • Hip Extension - Phase 1

    Episode 6

    Keys:
    *Have support for your arms
    *Do not allow your trunk to rotate
    * Small movement back, just past opposite heel

  • Hamstring Curls - Phase 1

    Episode 7

    Keys:
    *Start with feet on Physioball
    *Keep abs engaged
    *Bring ball back as far as you can

  • Hip Abduction - Phase 1

    Episode 8

    Keys:
    *Have support from upper body
    *Do not laterally bend the oppostie way
    *Keep abs engaged

  • Bridges - Phase 1

    Episode 9

    Keys:
    *Foot should be hip width apart
    *Avoid arching your lower back
    *Maintain Abs engaged
