  • 90:90 Fallouts - Phase 1

    *Begin with legs on top of platform 10-12 inches high
    *Bring leg up while maintaining knee straight
    *Bring leg out as far as you can to the side

  • Quadruped Hip Circles - Phase 1

    *Begin in Quadruped position
    *Rotate hip up and over object roughly 10-12 inches tall
    *Do not allow other hip to rotate

  • Half Kneeling Circles - Phase 1

    *Begin in kneeling position and place object 3-6 inches in front of you
    *Use arms for balance
