  • Clamshells - Phase 1

    Keys:
    *Align Feet with backside
    *Do not allow for feet to separate
    * Place theraband above knee for greater resistance

  • Hip Extension - Phase 1

    Keys:
    *Have support for your arms
    *Do not allow your trunk to rotate
    * Small movement back, just past opposite heel

  • Hamstring Curls - Phase 1

    Keys:
    *Start with feet on Physioball
    *Keep abs engaged
    *Bring ball back as far as you can
